Eligible For 2 Year Price Fix
The 2 Year fixed price term means your price won't increase during this period of time. The option to fix your price will be available on checkout for you to accept and confirm. Once accepted your policy documents and premium will be updated to reflect the change.
Boiler Breakdown
A persistent fault with the facilities in your home (for example, heating, hot water, ) which has affected their normal operation.
Annual Boiler Service
A yearly visit to check your boiler and central heating are safe and in good working order. If the price of a boiler service is shown as FREE when compared to the equivalent cover without service. The boiler service included is FREE in the first year only, upon renewal the boiler service is chargeable.
Central Heating System
Repairs or assistance to components that are outside of a boiler but within a central heating system in your home.
Plumbing
Repairs or assistance to Hot and cold-water pipes in your home between, but not including the main internal stop-tap, internal taps and flexible pipework to your appliances.
Home Electrics
Repairs or assistance following an emergency or breakdown in your home, relating to your permanent 240-volt electrical supply system and wiring.
Home Security
Repairs or assistance if your home is unsafe or not secure following damage to or failure of an external lock, door or window.
Pest Control
Removal of a pest infestation in your home, including - Wasps’ or hornets’ nests. - Mice or rat infestation.
Drainage
Repairs or assistance Internal/external waste pipes and drains, of clay pot, plastic, PVC or concrete, in your home for which you are legally responsible, not including flexible pipework from your appliances

Total per month

The first direct debit payment will be requested within the next 15 days. Your policy contract is for 12 months. We’ll contact you in good time before your agreement renewal date. Your agreement will automatically renew unless you choose to cancel. Automatic renewal ensures that you remain covered.

Repair fee

This is the fee you will pay once for each accepted claim. The higher the excess fee you select, the lower the monthly or annual price you pay. If your boiler age is 11 years or over, an excess of at least £75 is required. You will not pay excess for a Boiler Service and Gas Safety Certificate, if this is included in your policy.

Cancellation

Please note once we've started the job then you will no longer be able to cancel it and liable for any cost as a result.

You have 14 days to cancel your one-off repair. This 14-day period is your cooling-off period which will begin from the day your one-off repair is accepted.
